目前浙江省医用胶片为病人自费支付，医院在采购价基础上加价5%卖给病人。其实目前上级医疗单位的放射影像诊断和浏览均依赖于软阅片，胶片在临床上已经没有存在的意义。目前我国医用胶片依然在各个医院使用，一个重要的原因是病人就诊习惯，病人付费检查后，总希望能拿到一些什么；另一个重要的原因是有少部分病人存在会诊需求，而区域信息互联互通尚未实现；当然也存在某些公知的原因。
